Q.  What is the material used for the fabric of the pack? 

A. It is NylonHoneycomb RipStop which is a stronger material than polyester. It has greater stretchability and is shrink resistant.

Q.  What is Rip-Stop Nylon?

A. The rip-stop design can provide extra protection to help ensure that your pack will not disintegrate in front of you. It means that if there is a rip in the bag, it stops at the next rib of stitching, which is basically few millimeters away at most. It is also water resistant and light shower resistant.Of course if it is dropped in the pool, that won't do. The fabric will however repel light rain and liquid.

Q.  What's the dimension of the packing cubes?

A.  Bago Packing Cubes come in two basic sizes:

 Cube: 13.4 x 8.7 x 4 inches; 3.5 ounces
 Large Cube: 15.8 x 11.8 x 4 inches; 3.5 ounces

 A.  They are made out of Durable High Quality Honeycomb rip-stop Nylon Fabric

Q.  What are the dimensions of the duffle bag? 

A. Bago Duffle Bag comes in two basic sizes:

Large Travel Duffle Bag: 11x15x27 inch with 85 Liters capacity and weighs 1.5 pound
Medium Sports Duffle Bag:
10 x 13 x 23 inch with 53 Liters capacity and weighs 1.3 pound

Q.  What are the dimensions and material of the Backpack?

A.  Bago Backpack is very compact and lightweight. Its dimensions when unfolded are 13.4 by 8.7 by 14.2 inches and weighs 11 ounces or about 0.4 pound – almost weightless.

Q.  What colors are available for Duffle Bags, Back Packs and Packing Cubes?

A. Duffle Bags and Back Packs are available in Blue, Black, Pink, and Green.
Packing Cubes are available in Gray, Green, Deep blue, Red, Black, Pink, Orange, Blue, Purple, and Gold. These variation changes according to each season and some colors will discontinue to be produced for a while, while other new colors will join the “Club”.

Q. What colors are available for Money belt and Neck stash?

A. Money belt and Neck stash come in Black and Khaki.

Q.  Can I have my Bago Packing Cubes in different colors?

A.  A variation of colors is available when ordering single cubes, which are available.  So you can group items by category of storage or by traveling member.

Q.  How do I open this Bago Back Pack?

A.  When opening the bag from its folded form, you need to remember to flip the inside of the pocket itself (where the entire bag was folded in), outside (in-versing it actually). That way, it transforms to the small inner pocket of the folding bag (in the main compartment). Also, when folding the bag back to its folded state, you need to turn the inner pocket again (inside out again) so it would receive the entire bag inside it and be able to close the zipper.

Q. How do I wash the back packs/duffle bags?

A. It is possible to clean them by hand washing. Do not bleach, dry wash, or iron them. Do not put them in the dryer machine; simply hang them out to dry.

A.  It's only a flat rate of $5 shipping fee for any order. We also offer 2 Day Expedited Shipping for $12.99 to the USA.

A.  All UK orders incur a $9.99 shipping charge and are shipped from our UK warehouse within 24-48 hours.

A. EU Orders (excluding UK) incur a 14.99 shipping charge and are shipped within 24-48 hours

Q. How do I get free shipping?

A. For all USA Orders, it’s free standard shipping and for orders for orders outside of the US (Like UK), it is$10.00.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
