WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Bago Travel Bags products are manufactured By BigyCom LTD with the best
quality parts & materials available. We warrant our products to be free from
defects in workmanship, parts, and materials. The products will be free from
defects under normal use for a period of Ninety (90) days from the date the
product was first shipped by us (“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period
the products will be repaired or replaced at BigyCom's choice (“Limited
Warranty”) without charge to you for either parts or labor and WITH NO QUESTIONS ASK.
This Limited Warranty covers the replacement of the product
HOW TO REPAIR OR RETURN
The replace/repair process is easy and all you have to do is contact BigyCom
directly or through the amazon massaging system.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The Limited Warranty does not apply when the product is repaired by someone
not authorized by BigyCom and does not cover repair or replacement of any
product or part thereof damaged by: Misuse, proximity or exposure to heat,
accident, abuse, non- compliance with the purpose of its use or neglect.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither BigyCom nor its suppliers shall be liable to you or to any third party for
(but not limited to) any damages either direct, indirect, incidental, consequential
or otherwise, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product even if
BigyCom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever
(including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or
general damages in contract or anything else), the entire liability of BigyCom and
any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the
