RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY:
Even though we are confident you'd love our products, we understand that common wear and tear or some damages out of reasonable use may also happen. Below are the details of our Product warranty.
BASIC PURCHASE WARRANTY / REFUND and REPLACEMENT PERIOD
- When you purchase our product and has not registered for Extended Warranty, the automatic warranty is applicable for 90 days. Your purchase is guaranteed for a 3-month money back / replacement, or 12 months product defect free replacement Warranty.
- This only applies to purchases from Bigycom Ltd in any platform (Bago Travel Bag website, Amazon, eBay) otherwise, warranty is not applicable.
- Warranty will only apply for the country the item was purchased in. If it was purchased at a site in the US (like Amazon.com) then the warranty applies to this market only in connection to shipping (such as in replacement process).
- Only products that were bought from authorized seller (In Amazon Platform: “Bago Travel Bags” In USA and CA and “Bago Travel Bag” in UK/EU. In eBay Platform: “bagobags” in eBay UK and “bagotravelbags” in eBay US).
EXTENDED WARRANTY
- Once you have registered your product for Extended Warranty, the warranty is valid for a year, from the purchase date. Your purchase is guaranteed 6 month money back / replacement, 24 months product defect free replacement Warranty.
PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING OF RETURN PRODUCT/S
- We pay for return shipping charges in case of wrong item sent or item sent was defective and provide a prepaid return label for your item. In case you want to ship it back without our prepaid return label, we will refund the shipping charges but an approval from us is needed first to determine the most economical shipping option. If no approval was obtained and the item was shipped back to us, we will not guarantee a refund on the shipping charges.
- The shipping fee for returns and exchanges due to sudden change of decision or buyer's remorse such as wanting a different size, style, color, or just simply doesn't want it, would fall under buyer's liability.
- In case of faulty items or the item received was damaged for some reason, we may or may not request the customer to return the item back to us depending on the issue presented. Simply contact us and we will provide the necessary resolution, whether replacement, return or refund.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
- We will always try to work towards finding the best solution for our customers but in some cases, we may not take responsibility if a wrong shipping information or incorrect address was entered by the customer. Unless the item was returned back to our warehouse, we may consider sending replacement or process a refund. If the product has been returned to us and you want us to ship the item again (with the correct address), normal shipping charges will apply.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Please make sure to reach out to us immediately should there be a need to cancel an order so we can process the request without further inconvenience on your part.
